• Development and optimization of the charity application processing system.
• Increasing the speed and quality of feedback (service approach).
• Scaling of a unified platform for receiving and processing requests.
• Systematization of criteria and approaches to decision-making.
• Direct budget management and increasing the efficiency of its use.
• Coordination of the work of the charity committee: preparation of materials, formation of the agenda, support of the decision-making process.
• Launching, development and support of social and charity projects (well-being initiatives, corporate volunteering, humanitarian and partnership projects).
• Interaction with charitable foundations, public organizations and partners.
• Team management (8 people) - task setting, development and control of results.
• Ensuring effective cross-functional interaction (GR, PR, marketing, finance, legal department).
• Presentation companies in external initiatives, partnerships and public events.
• Analytics and reporting on the effectiveness of social investments (impact assessment, budget effectiveness, drawing conclusions and recommendations).

• You have experience in the field of CSR/charity/social projects.
• You understand the principles of sustainable development.
• You have experience in managing projects and budgets.
• You have experience in interaction with stakeholders.
• You have experience in managing a team (will be an advantage).
• You know English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level. and above (will be an advantage).
