Head of sewing production in Postil

We are looking for a manager to organize the work of production.

Duties:

• organization of the work of a mini-shop in Kyiv, in total up to 10 employees;
• setting tasks, control of execution, quality, timeliness of shipments;
• maintenance of Google spreadsheets and reports;
• selection of new employees in case of expansion/layoffs;
• support of discipline and team spirit;
• in the future (in 3-6 months): purchase of fabrics, control of finances production.

Requirements:

• work experience in sewing production is desirable (foreman, workshop manager, technologist);
• basic understanding of tailoring and cutting;
• leadership qualities: discipline + ability to motivate a team;
• organization, responsibility, stress resistance.

Conditions:

• schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00;
• work in Kyiv (Kyrilivska St., Kurenivka district);
• salary UAH 30,000-50,000 (depends on experience and level of responsibility) + bonuses for results (quality, timeliness).
