• A sewing production manager who will be able to support production processes and adjust the implementation of new technologies to increase efficiency and quality in our company.
• Candidate requirements:
• Experience work in a managerial position in production (from 2 years).
• Ability to organize a team and processes.
• Knowledge of the basics of production planning and materials accounting.
• Experience working with technical documentation, specifications, drawings will be an advantage.
• Attention to details, responsibility, initiative.
• Formation orders for materials, control of timely delivery and compliance. Issuing work and setting tasks for cutting and sewing in the workshop Calculating the cost of sewing the product Managing a team of craftsmen and seamstresses: setting tasks, monitoring execution, training and motivation. Ensuring compliance with quality standards at all stages of production. accounting for materials in the warehouse, control of balances.
• Working out all difficult points and communicating with the designer
• Interviews and hiring seamstresses in workshops
