KPI named after Igor Sikorskyi (higher educational institution) is looking for a candidate for the position of senior inspector/specialist of the personnel department. Budgetary institution.

Basic requirements:

Completed higher education in the relevant field.

Experience in the personnel field of 2 years or more is desirable;

Knowledge and practical experience of applying the norms of personnel legislation

Management of personnel administration in full: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, etc.

fluent command of the state business language

confident computer user

knowledge of personnel legislation,

fluent command of the Microsoft Office package,

work with electronic personnel programs;

ability to learn quickly; logical thinking, courtesy in

Responsibilities: registration, transfer of employees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine; management of personnel records, creation of vacations, etc 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (lunch break 45 min.)

salary from UAH 9,840 to 11,630 (rate) Incentive allowance is set according to the work performed from 50 to 80% (if funding is available)
