Skill requirements:
• 4+ years of proven experience in IT sales;
• Proof of success in negotiation and closing deals;
• Proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skill;
• Experience in building lead gen/sales pipelines;
• Experience with defining ICP, Buyer Persona;
• Proficiency in selling software development services;
• Capacity to identify potential clients’ pain points and needs;
• Strong analytical abilities and data-centric approach;
• Proficiency in English language (Advanced/Fluent).
• Experience in the Data Science/ Data Engineering field (optional)
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and fine-tune lead generation and sales process;
• Take part in inbound and outbound sales operations;
• Qualify leads, identify client challenges, and collect initial requirements;
• Prepare and present proposals;
• Engage in negotiations with prospective customers.
