Main responsibilities:

• Software development based on technical tasks, testing and debugging of the developed software
• Development technological solutions to solve modernization issues in the bank
• Development and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions to automate processes and improve customer service in the bank
• Use of ML platforms in work: Google Cloud (VertexAI, Gemini ), AWS (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Lex), Claude.ai and other providers for creating and deploying models
• Work with data processing to prepare data for creating or training models
• li> Ensuring high performance and scalability of AI/GenAI models in production
• Monitoring and optimizing ML models, retraining and refining if necessary
• Documenting the development processes, implementation and support of AI/GenAI models < /li>
• Development of new concepts and prototypes of AI/GenAI solutions based on research
• Evaluation of the technical feasibility of implementation and potential effectiveness of new AI/GenAI solutions
• Ensuring compliance of AI/GenAI solutions to quality and security standards
• Participation in data collection and cleaning, development of data processing pipelines
• Collaboration with data teams, development and managers for successful implementation of AI/GenAI solutions

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial Python or R experience
• Development and implementation experience AI models in a production environment
• Experience with cloud platforms Google Cloud (VertexAI, Gemini)/AWS (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Lex)/Azure/ Claude.ai
• Experience working with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras or other ML libraries
• Experience in developing solutions for automating business processes and improving customer service, as well as providing advice on the possibilities of using AI for business needs
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL
• Understanding of GenAI principles and experience with GenAI frameworks
• Knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence and ML
• Possession of mathematical ML and data processing methods
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards in the development of AI solutions
