What is the work related to:

• monitoring, analysis of credit risks of retail lending;
• development/implementation of rules for making credit decisions, scoring cards;
• validation, testing of credit scoring models for individuals;
• formation of periodic reporting on compliance with established standards/limits of the direction of retail lending, analysis of retail credit portfolio;
• monitoring of the operation of the automatic credit decision-making system for retail loans, participation in its improvement;
• analysis of the effectiveness of credit scoring models;
• technical settings of the decision-making system, setting tasks for the IT department regarding the necessary improvements to the system;
• participation in the preparation and launch of new retail credit products.

Experience and skills that you will help:

• knowledge of methods of statistical analysis and construction of scoring models;
• knowledge in the field of retail lending, in particular work experience in the direction of supporting the automated process of consideration of credit applications;
• understanding and ability to apply legislation and internal regulatory requirements related to lending to individuals;
• experience of working under the relevant experience.

Desirable and will be an advantage:

• knowledge of SQL/R/Python (will be an advantage).
