SAP Specialist (SD, PP), MODUS X in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are looking for a SAP Specialist SD, PP,who will be responsible for supporting SAP users, consulting, performing regulatory operations and functional testing according to the requirements of information security, ITIL and internal IT procedures.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting users of SAP SD, PP modules: consulting, support, prompt resolution of incidents;
• Performing regulatory operations in the system in accordance with standards style="font-weight: 700">ITIL, IS rules and current IT regimes and procedures;
• Performing functional testing of changes, updates and adjustments in relevant modules;
• Analyzing user requests and participating in process improvement in financial modules;
• Interacting with technical and business teams to ensure stable operation SAP;
• Documentation of procedures, settings and instructions in established formats.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience of working with the SAP CRM/SD system, PP 1 year;
• Owning business process methodology for sales or production;
• Experience of working with clients; resolving conflict situations;
• Sure skills in working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
