Who we are

Lviv Media Forum is a public organization that since 2013 has been strengthening media, institutions and public actors capable of building a healthy public dialogue in Ukraine and beyond. We are based in Lviv, but we implement our projects throughout Ukraine and abroad.

We are looking for: an attentive, responsible person who will help us ensure the implementation of research projects at the highest professional level. We work at the intersection of media, public communications and analytics, so we are looking for a specialist who combines structural thinking, leadership qualities, interest in media and respect for democratic values.

What you will do:

• Form internal research standards and ensure compliance of research with quality standards and project obligations,
• Organize development of research methodologies and preparation of analytical reports, finalize research reports,
• Allocate tasks for the research team, form and monitor the implementation of research schedules, monitor the implementation of research budgets,
• Initiate new thematic directions and project ideas, create new products and services that meet market needs together with the team.
• Look for and develop new research opportunities.

You will succeed if:

• You have deep knowledge in the field of research and analytics, understanding of trends in the field of media.
• You have skills and experience in managing teams (including interdisciplinary research teams)
• You have experience in planning processes, in particular - starting research projects from scratch,
• You have skills in creating methodologies and designing research solutions, selecting specialists for conducting of research,
• You have experience in writing analytical reports, composition and editing of texts,
• You speak English at the B2/C1 level
