Head of Recruitment in Vyriy

VYRIY is a Ukrainian engineering company, a leading manufacturer of combat unmanned systems, actively implementing war robotics systems and solutions from localized components. We are currently looking for a Head of Recruitment who will be able to build a systemic recruitment function in a company with active business scaling.

This is a role for a person who thinks in terms of processes, metrics and results, not just closed vacancies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing the recruiting function companies
• Managing a team of recruiters and sourcers
• Forming a recruitment strategy in accordance with business growth plans
• Ensuring the closure of managerial, production and expert roles
• Implementation of recruiting KPIs and performance analytics
• Optimization of selection processes and candidate journey
• Working with the employer brand together with HR and marketing
• Interaction with heads of departments as internal customers
• Building a system for forecasting personnel needs

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Recruiting management experience from 3 years
• Experience in building processes or scaling a team
• Strong management skills
• Experience in closing complex positions (managers, experts)
• Analytical thinking and working with metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proactivity and responsibility for results
• Experience in building recruiting "with zero"
