Ukrpolitsia — manufacturer of components for the agricultural sector.

We are growing and scaling production. We need a strong leader who can systematically manage processes, equipment and people.

Objective of the position

Organize a stable, controlled and efficient production operation:

? execution of the plan 

? quality control 

? personnel discipline

? minimization of shortages and downtime

Main tasks

i1. Organization of the production process

• Planning the loading of the shop and equipment

• Setting tasks for employees

• Control of the execution of the production plan

• Optimization of processes

2. Working with equipment

• Understanding the principles of operation of CNC machines

• Working with milling and turning machines

• Controlling the technical condition of equipment

• Minimizing downtime

3. Quality control

• Control of compliance of products with drawings and specifications

• Analysis of the causes of defects

• Implementation of system solutions to improve quality

4. Warehouse and production accounting

• Control of the movement of raw materials and finished products

• Accounting of balances

• Order in the warehouse and production

5. Personnel management

• Control of labor discipline

• Organization of shift work

• Team motivation

• Demandability + constructive communication

Candidate Requirements

? Experience working in manufacturing facilities (3+ years) 

? Experience in personnel management

? Knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC and milling equipment 

? Production planning skills 

? QA experience

? Understanding warehouse accounting 

? Systematic, responsible, result-oriented

? Decision making skills
