Functional tasks:

- Preparation of meeting minutes and control of decision implementation;
- Documentation: Control over the preparation of technical tasks (TOR) and acceptance criteria (Acceptance Criteria) for each stage.

Our expectations from the candidate:
- Higher economic education;
- Experience in managing IT/Data projects: From 3-5 years of project management experience in software development, database implementation or BI platforms (preferably in the banking sector);
- Knowledge of the subject area: Understanding of work principles public credit registers, credit history bureaus, bank reporting and NBU regulatory framework (understanding of the essence of Regulations No. 459, No. 351, No. 8, No. 9 will be a critical advantage);
- Data management and analytics: Basic understanding of database architecture, data life cycle, ETL processes and principles of building analytical showcases (MicroStrategy or similar);
- Management methodologies: experience work with Waterfall (the classic NBU approach) and Agile/Scrum (for incremental
- Tools: Confident mastery of MS Project, Jira, Confluence and electronic document management systems (ASKOD).;
- Diplomacy and negotiation skills: Ability to find a compromise between departments with different KPIs (for example, between development speed and quality of statistics);
- Analytical thinking: Ability to quickly dive into methodological issues without waiting for clarification from business analysts;
- Stress resistance: Willingness to work under strict regulatory deadlines and frequent changes in the regulatory field;
- Proactivity: Ability to make decisions independently in the absence of a formal Product Owner (temporary performance of the role of "product advocate").
Nice to have; - Experience of working directly in NBU structures or large systemic banks;
- Understanding the standards of the Basel Committee (Basel II/III);
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification..
