PMO Manager (Project Management Office) in HR Agency Key People

HR Agency Key People is a recruiting agency specializing in the selection of managers and experts for investment and infrastructure businesses.

Our customer is a full-cycle investment and engineering company in the energy sector, which implements large-scale projects in the field of SPP, WPP, BESS, cogeneration and energy independence of business. The company works at the intersection of development, financial modeling, EPC and investments.

In connection with the growth of the project portfolio, the company is looking for a PMO Manager who will build a system model of project management and ensure the transparency of the portfolio for founders and investors.

The purpose of the role

To create a single standard of project management in all areas:
energy audit, EPC (SES / BESS), development of WPP/SES, trading products, supply of equipment.

Areas of responsibility

• Development and implementation of project management methodology (templates, regulations, reporting)

• Project portfolio management: statuses, risks, resources, budgets

• Coordination of Project Managers and interaction with CTO, Commercial Director, Procurement

• Configuration of management tools (ClickUp / Trello / Notion / CRM / financial dashboards)

• Preparation of regular reports for founders and investors

• Control of deadlines and decision points

Profile candidate

• 3+ years of experience in PMO or Senior Project Manager

• Experience in energy, development or infrastructure - will be an advantage

• Practice of parallel management of several complex projects

• Knowledge of PMBOK / Agile - a plus

• Systematic, structured, ability to build processes "with zero"

• Ability to work with numbers and risks
