We are looking for Managerprojects and programs

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in managing business projects for 5 years or more (management of social projects or the development sector will be an advantage);
• Experience in managing large-scale projects in a changing environment;
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in the application of project management areas according to PMBoK;
• English language is mandatory (from B2);
• Fluency in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point;
• Experience in managing subordinates employees;
• Experience using time tracking tools (Google Calendar, etc.) and Artificial Intelligence tools;
• Readiness to work with a large amount of data and multitasking;
• Analytical mindset;
• Ability to independently determine priorities;
• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty;
• Good skills communications;
• High level of self-organization;
• Stress resistance;
• Emotional intelligence at a high level;
• Proactivity

 Main responsibilities:

• Project search, concept development and protection;
• Life cycle management of large projects (planning, budget preparation, preparation necessary documentation (reporting, statistics, contracts), coordination of implementation, completion of the project);
• Preparation of necessary project documentation, briefs, calendar plans, etc.
• Control of the status of project implementation within the established terms, budget, resources;
• Coordination of work, support of effective communication and motivation with members of project groups from various divisions and stakeholders;
• Management accompanying documentation and reporting;
• Analysis of the charitable environment;
• Participation in meetings with partners, state institutions;
• Performance of specific urgent tasks from the Director in the direction of charitable activities.

The above tasks and duties are indicative and may change according todepends on the needs of the organization and projects.
