Head of projects and management programs for improving business processes in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Manager of projects and management programs for business process improvement who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and proactiveness.

Main duties:

• Ensuring the implementation of projects and project programs (consisting of several projects) of the Bank at the request of the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board
• Analysis and optimization of the Bank's existing processes due to: automation, standardization, elimination of duplication and unnecessary steps, simplification, development of responsibility matrices
• their formalization at the Bank in accordance with current requirements
• Development, implementation and support of continuous process improvement systems
• Consulting and training of Bank employees in the basics and principles of Lean
• Calculation of indicators of economic efficiency and feasibility of projects
• Ensuring effective communication at all levels to achieve project goals
• Definition of KPIs, information panels and implementation effective management reporting
• Calculation of the economic effect of the project and program

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 5+ years of work experience in project management of large vertically integrated companies or international consulting (Management Consulting, Banking, FMCG, Retail, production)
• 2+ years of work experience as a project manager
• 5+ successfully implemented projects
• Experience in managing large teams (from 5 employees)
• Implementation experience projects for the CEO/members of the company's Board
• Experience in risk assessment and development of mechanisms for their minimization
• Experience in the field of analysis and optimization of existing business processes and construction of new ones
• Experience in the preparation of materials in two languages and their presentation to management of any level
• Experience in training and development personnel
• Proficiency in project management tools and methods
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methods (BABOK Guide)
• Availability of Lean or 6 Sigma certificates
• Ability to systematize and analyze disparate information flows
• Ability to analyze leadsarrays of data and structured presentation of results
• Ability to model business processes
• Skills to build effective communication with representatives of the Bank's divisions at any level
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)

It will be an advantage:

• 3+ years of experience in the banking sector in the direction of implementing changes\project management
• Understanding the principles of business processes in the banking sector
• Participation in the development of methodological materials on process management, electronic training courses
