Project support manager with donors and international organizations in Ukrnafta

Your main tasks will be:

• providing legal and analytical support for the work of the Department during the implementation of the current plan of activities for the implementation of energy generation projects, in particular: legal support of the Department's communication with foreign enterprises, institutions, organizations;

• organization of work and implementation of development, preparation, analysis, registration support and execution of contracts and other accompanying documents within the framework of the implementation of Department projects;

• development, preparation and analysis of tender documentation, processing of other accompanying documents on the electronic procurement platforms of international financial organizations;

• analysis of potential EPCs;

• processing of requests in the process of open tenders, submitted proposals, preparation of tender reports, ToR together with technical by the department;

• development, preparation and analysis of reporting, analytical, presentation and other supporting documents related to the contractual and project activities of the Department;

• organization of work and development, preparation, support for registration and approval of internal administrative documents (memoranda, orders, orders) of Companies and Departmentsadministration related to the execution of contracts and the implementation of projects;

• preparation of statements, petitions and other documents provided for by the legislation of Ukraine and/or contractual obligations of UKRNAFTA, related to the contractual and project activities of the Department.

We expect from you:

• higher education ("Law" or "International Law");
• practical experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• work experience in ERP systems;
• English language at a level not lower than B2;
• work experience in the field of law - at least 3 years;
• ability to work with large amounts of information;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
