Head of the production unit in Buntar Aerospace

Buntar Aerospace is looking for a Production Unit Manager who will take over the management of a separate production line and ensure stable execution of the plan, quality and process discipline. 

Area of responsibility:

• Formation and control of the execution of the production plan within the unit
• Planning of team loading and production facilities
• Providing the unit with the necessary resources (people, materials, tools)
• Management of Team Leads and the production team
• Product quality control and technology compliance
• Efficiency control and production discipline
• Analysis of production indicators (plan/fact, % of defects, deadlines)
• Optimization of processes and unit preparation for volume growth

Requirements:

• Experience in managing manufacturing processes
• Experience in resource planning and team loading
• Ability to work with production indicators and KPI
• Experience in building or improving a control system quality
• Understanding Lean principles or process optimization
• Understanding product technology and production cycles
• Systematic and decision-making ability
