Requirements:
Experience in working with people (management, coordination, mentoring, conducting interviews or active communication with clients/staff);
If there is no direct experience in recruiting, but there is an understanding of the selection process and a sincere desire to develop in this area, we are ready to train;
Organized and systematic approach to tasks;
Communication and confidence in telephone and personal conversations;
Willingness to work with challenges and achieve results;
Orientation on long-term cooperation and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle of recruitment (sales consultants, managers stores);
Publication of vacancies and work with job sites;
Conducting initial telephone and offline interviews;
Coordinating meetings of candidates with managers;
Maintaining a candidate database;
Forming personnel reserve;
Participation in the improvement of the hiring process.
Working conditions:
Working in the office in Radehiv;
Schedule: 09:00-19:00, Saturday and Sunday - weekend;
Salary level - according to the results of the interview (open to your offers);
