Requirements:

• Experience in working with people (management, coordination, mentoring, conducting interviews or active communication with clients/staff);

• If there is no direct experience in recruiting, but there is an understanding of the selection process and a sincere desire to develop in this area, we are ready to train;

• Organized and systematic approach to tasks;

• Communication and confidence in telephone and personal conversations;

• Willingness to work with challenges and achieve results;

• Orientation on long-term cooperation and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruitment (sales consultants, managers stores);

• Publication of vacancies and work with job sites;

• Conducting initial telephone and offline interviews;

• Coordinating meetings of candidates with managers;

• Maintaining a candidate database;

• Forming personnel reserve;

• Participation in the improvement of the hiring process.

Working conditions:

• Working in the office in Radehiv;

• Schedule: 09:00-19:00, Saturday and Sunday - weekend;

• Salary level - according to the results of the interview (open to your offers);
