Head of Production Operations in Laba Group

Laba Group is one of the largest EdTech companies in Eastern Europe. We launch online courses that change careers and businesses, operate in 8 markets and unite more than 800 specialists from all over the world.

We are looking for a Head of Production Operations - a person who will build a single production and operational vertical for all four Laba Group brands: Laba, Skvot, robot_dreams and Vocabulaba.

This is a key role to stabilize, unify and scale the production processes of educational products.

You will have to work with complex, diverse production teams, eliminate chaos in responsibilities, improve the quality of delivery and implement AI to increase efficiency several times.

What you will do:

• Unify processes, standards and communication rules that are currently different between teams.
• Responsible for staffing, capacity-planning, load and sustainability of pipelines.
• Optimize the full production cycle of courses: from ideation to launch.
• Create SOPs, operational rituals, documentation and transparent pipelines.
• Improve product quality, control deadlines and predictability of delivery.
• Implement AI tools for acceleration of production, automation and reduction of routine tasks.
• Synchronize the work of production with marketing, analytics, sales, finance and legal department.
• Develop new production approaches, innovations and course formatting.

You you are suitable if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Operations / Production / Project Management / Delivery.
• Managed teams for 3+ years in a fast-paced environment.
• You know how to build an operational vertical where there is none now.
• You can scale processes to different teams and different products at the same time.
• You understand how the production of content, educational products or digital products works.
• You are comfortable working with data and metrics (delivery rate, capacity, timelines, ROI).
• You can implement tools, systems and AI solutions.
• You value structure, transparency, responsibility, but do not lose flexibility.
• You can work in conditions of uncertainty and quickly set priorities.

Will be a plus

• Experience in building or reforming a production function.
• Working in product / EdTech / creative / media environments.
• PMP, Agile, Lean, OKR or AI Productiv certificationsity.
• Experience scaling teams or processes in international companies.
