Duties: 
• Organization and control of the construction process at the sites; 
• Reading, analysis and correction of project documentation; 
• Optimization and adjustment of construction and production processes; 
• Control of compliance with terms, quality and technologies of work performance; 
• Participation in the adoption of key technical and organizational decisions; 
 
• Ability to read and understand construction projects; 
• Practical experience in organizing construction works;
• System thinking, responsibility, ability to make decisions;
