Head of production in INTEKS-UDAChA, PP, VKF

Our expectations:

• Full higher education;
• Successful experience in managing production units at the enterprise for at least 3 years;
• Ability to work in a team, experience in managing a staff of more than 50 people, leadership qualities;
• Technical and economic literacy, developed management competencies, high level of organization of people and processes, proactivity;

What will have to be done:

• Increasing production efficiency, reducing costs (material, financial, labor).
• Planning, organizing and coordinating the work of all divisions of production sites and ensuring their productive work; operation of technological equipment, its timely capital and current repairs;
• Manage measures to improve and quality of manufactured products;
• Budgeting the activities of production sites;
• Ensuring the operation of production within the framework of accepted budgets;
• Rational use of production resources.
• Development and implementation of measures aimed at reducing cost
• Organization and control in the production of compliance with the requirements of safety technology and fire safety, industrial sanitation;
• Ensuring compliance with the norms of labor discipline and the rules of internal labor regulations.
