What you will do in this position:

• Manage the production process, ensuring timely implementation of plans and compliance with quality standards.
• Organize the work of the team, distribute tasks and monitor their execution.
• Optimize production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct production analysis indicators and implement measures to improve them.
• Ensure compliance with safety techniques and internal regulations.

What we expect from you:

• Experience of working in management positions in production for at least 2 years.
• Ability to organize the work of a team, set clear tasks and monitor their implementation.
• Responsibility, communication and willingness to take take responsibility.
• Education is not a key criterion - the most important thing is your practical experience and desire to work.
