Head of production in Puzanova O.R., FOP

Responsibilities:

- organization and control of the entire production process;
- production loading planning;
- ensuring the implementation of plans on time;
- quality control of product manufacturing and compliance with technical requirements;
- optimization of production processes, increasing efficiency;
- management of production personnel, adaptation and training of new employees;
- interaction with the supply department, warehouse and office regarding material needs and work plans.

Requirements:

- 2 years of production management experience (in the field of metal products priority);
- strong organizational and leadership skills;
- understanding of technological processes and technical documentation;
- ability to work with planning, deadlines and workloads;
- responsibility, stress resistance, ability to solve problems quickly.
