We are currently looking for a head of food production.
Tasks:
- Management of the staff of kitchen workers: participation in the selection of new employees, if necessary, help in the search for new employees.
- Organization of medical examination of employees; division into shifts, timesheets; staff training, staff work control.
- Organization of the entire production process in the kitchen so that customer orders are prepared on time, according to the request, using internal costing tables, of appropriate quality and delivered to customers at the appointed time in full.
- Control of necessary products, equipment and inventory in the kitchen: their ordering and use, quality control (freshness, quality certificates, shelf life, storage conditions - for products), technical condition control (serviceability, correct use by kitchen workers - for equipment and inventory), reconciliation and re-accounting, organization and control of repair work (for equipment and inventory).
We expect:
- Higher education in the field of food production (junior specialist, specialist, bachelor, master in the field of training "Food Production Technology" or similar).
- Experience of working in a similar position in catering establishments;
- Knowledge of HACCP rules and norms, experience of working under this quality control system will be an additional advantage.
- Knowledge of food preparation technology in general and dietary dishes, in particular, requirements for the quality of ready-made dishes.
- Knowledge of the rules and norms of labor protection, fire protection, industrial sanitation and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work on a PC: mastery of MS Word, MS Excel (basic level), working with e-mail, search engines.
