FOXART stretch ceiling factory is a modern enterprise that manufactures stretch ceilings and accessories for them. 

We are focused on development and uncompromising quality, and therefore we are opening a vacancy for the position of production manager.

We are looking for a manager who thinks strategically, is not afraid of innovations and is ready to take responsibility for work results.

Main duties:

• Organization of operational control and management of the full production cycle, including cutting of PVC film, harpoon welding, packing and sending of orders.
• Ensuring control over compliance with product quality and timeliness of shipments.
• Control of key production indicators (KPI), analysis of deviations, implementation of measures to eliminate identified deficiencies.
• Taking measures to optimize production processes, increase the efficiency of work in production.
• Working with high-tech equipment, monitoring its technical condition.
• Management of production personnel.
• Preparation of reports, participation in strategic planning.
• Interaction with company management and structural divisions.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the production field is mandatory.
• Experience in team management and production resources - desirable.
• Knowledge of modern automated equipment.
• High level of organization, system and strategic thinking.
• Ability to take responsibility for the organization of the production process and work results.
