Head of production in Art Kraft Kompani

Art Craft Company is a Ukrainian manufacturer of paintings by numbers and creative sets. In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an experienced production manager.
Responsibilities:
Full organization and control of production work:

stretching canvases,

cutting frames,

mixing and pouring paint,

printing,

completion of sets.
Planning shifts and monitoring the execution of production plan.
Managing a team of 40-70 employees:

setting tasks,

monitoring,

training,

 adaptation.
Ensuring adherence to quality and technology standards.
Optimizing processes, improving productivity and discipline.
Managing production reporting and interacting with HR, procurement, management.
Requirements:
Experience in managing a production / shop from 1 year (a scale of 30 employees will be an advantage).
Ability to organize the work of a team and adjust processes.
Leadership skills, systematicity, responsibility.
Experience in light industry, printing or related industries is desirable.
Conditions:
Official employment.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00.
Salary: according to the results of the interview.
