Main duties:
- Organization and control of the production process for the production of paving tiles, curbs.
- Planning production volumes, ensuring timely execution orders.
- Control over the quality of finished products and compliance with technological processes.
- Management of production personnel: task setting, motivation, training, performance control.
- Optimization of production costs, improvement of workshop efficiency.
- Interaction with suppliers of raw materials and materials, control of residues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health and safety regulations and production discipline.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher technical or engineering education (construction, technological or related).
- Experience in management position in production (preferably in the field of concrete products or building materials) from 2 years.
- Knowledge of the technology of manufacturing paving slabs and concrete products.
- Ability to work with production indicators, planning and optimization of processes.
- Leadership qualities, responsibility, organization, orientation to the result.
