Job description

Location: Kyiv region, Brovary district (near Kyiv), possible corporate transport from Kyiv (Troyeshchyna, Lisova), Brovary.

Employment type: schedule 5/2.

About the company

on transportation conversion. We perform a full cycle: welding, metal processing, painting, installation of electrical wiring and electronics, assembly of assemblies and units.

In connection with the increase in production volumes, we are looking for a production manager who can effectively organize the work of the workshop and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Main duties

• Organization and control of production processes.

• Planning tasks and ensuring their implementation within the set time.

• Product quality control.

• Management of a team of workers, motivation and distribution of tasks.

• Optimization of processes and resources.

• Interaction with the director and other departments.

Requirements

• Experience in a managerial position in production for at least 2 years (preferably in mechanical engineering or related fields).

• Understanding production processes: welding, metal processing, assembly, painting, electronics, wiring on the result.

• Knowledge of 1C / BAS or another accounting system is desirable.
