Recruiter (remote) in Betterton

BETTERTON is expanding the HR team! 
We are looking for a recruiter who loves systematicity, knows how to work with processes and wants to influence the formation of a strong team in the medical business.
This role is for those who want not just to "close vacancies", but to build a clear, efficient and human recruitment process.

We are looking for a person who:

• has a basic understanding of recruiting process;
• fluent in Ukrainian and has clear diction;
• confidently works with a PC and online tools;
• is able to self-organize and work autonomously;
• quickly responds to requests and makes decisions;
• has high-quality equipment for remote work.

An advantage will be: experience working as a recruiter, with job sites and understanding modern screening and interviewing technician.

What will be included in your tasks:

• processing incoming feedback on company vacancies (medical center administrators, contact center operators, etc.); 
• active search for candidates (20+ contacts per day); 
• conducting primary telephone screenings; 
• organization and conduct of online interviews; 
• providing feedback to candidates and forming a positive candidate experience; 
• daily reporting and recording of work results.
