Head of production in Vsesvit, GK

We are looking for a talented, experienced and responsible manager with leadership qualities who will lead production, ensure the effective work of a team of 50+ people and the implementation of production plans.

Responsibilities:

• Personnel management:
• Recruitment, training and adaptation of new employees.
• Development of a system of motivation and personnel evaluation.
• Creation of a favorable working climate and an effective team.
• Control of compliance with labor discipline.
• Conducting regular meetings and individual conversations with subordinates.
• Organization and control of work and vacation schedules.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality execution of production plans and tasks.
• Execution of production plans:
• Development and control of the execution of production plans and schedules.
• Analysis of production indicators and development of measures to improve them.
• Ensuring rhythmic production and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Optimization of production processes with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Maintenance of production documentation and reports.
• Technological support of production:
• Ensuring smooth operation of equipment and its timely repair.
• Introduction of new technologies and equipment with the aim of increasing production efficiency.
• Control of compliance with technological norms and quality standards.
• Development and implementation of measures to improve product quality.
• Cooperation with suppliers of equipment and technologies.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a managerial position in food production.
• Experience in personnel management (from 30 people).
• Ability to work with production documentation.
• Understanding HACCP and ISO systems 22000.
• Leadership qualities, responsibility, organization, ability to make decisions and bear responsibility.
• Analytical abilities, strategic thinking.
