Head of Product in Frontline Robotics

The Frontline company develops and manufactures robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Our mission is to save human lives by robotizing the military. We create complex technical solutions that change the rules of warfare right now. 

We are expanding the team and are looking for a Head of Product.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing cross-functional processes (planning, coordination, execution control).
• Strong skills in planning terms, stages and dependencies.
• Experience with budgets, financial plans or cost benchmarks.
• Ability to synchronize the work of different departments and maintain a single plan.
• Ability to structure information and prepare clear reports for management.
• Systemic thinking, responsibility, attention to details.
• Ability to work with uncertainty and changes without losing control.

Responsibilities:

• Form and maintain an agreed product development plan (stages, deadlines, dependencies).
• Synchronize plans between departments: R&D, production, purchases, finance, sales, service.
• Coordinate the process of planning volumes, deadlines and resources.
• Brothers participation in the formation and control of the product budget.
• Monitor the implementation of plans and identify deviations in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular consolidated reporting for management.
• Ensure a common understanding of priorities between teams.
• Escalate risks and critical issues in case of threats to deadlines or budget.
• Maintain mandatory product documents: Roadmap, MPP, PB, PSR, RIL.
