Due to development, we are looking for an enterprising and proactive Head of Process Office to strengthen our team.

Tasks that await you:

  • Starting the process management system;
  • Creating an actual process model of the Bank;
  • Identified and involved owners of key processes;
  • Coordinated processes and methodological documents;
  • Critical processes are managed, measurable and controlled.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience of implementing process management:
  1. organization of process management in the Bank in accordance with the approved methodology;
  2. participation in the formation of the Bank's process model (end-to-end, managerial and supporting processes);
  3. experience in defining the roles of process owners and process participants.
  • Skills of support and development of process owners:
  1. methodological support of process owners in matters of description, optimization and change management;
  2. experience in supporting process changes initiated by business, IT or the regulator;
  3. ability to form a unified approach to process change management.
  • Experience in description and modeling of business processes:
  1. for processes critically important for the Bank;
  2. for processes subject to automation or significant transformation.
  • Interfunctional interaction experience:
  1. effective interaction with IT (as part of process automation);
  2. cooperation with risk and compliance departments (to ensure control and compliance);
  3. interaction with PMO (within project changes);
  4. cooperation with HR (as part of roles, responsibilitiesand competencies);
  5. using the process model as a basis for management decisions.
  • Competences in measuring the effectiveness of processes:
  1. development and implementation of process KPI;
  2. analysis of productivity, quality and execution time of processes;
  3. preparation of analytical materials and recommendations for management.
