Job tasks:

• Team management (recruitment, expertise development, workload management, etc.);

• Scaling and development of product and service solutions of the unit; 

• Harmonization of solutions at the intersection of programmatic+performance, media+performance; 

• Improving operational and economic indicators of the department due to automation and optimization of processes; 

• Participation in the development of digital and PPC strategies for clients and finding growth points for clients' business;

• Implementation of effective performance approaches for clients;

• Defending strategies for new and existing clients, participating in presentations with the team for key clients. 

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in the position of Team Lead from 3 years, head of the PPC department. Experience in managing teams in the agency business;

• Direct experience of work and development of large clients; 

• Experience in long-term media planning; 

• Experience in data automation and visualization; 

• Experience working with national e-com retailers and vendors; 

• Recruitment and team development.
