We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team.

Key tasks:

• Accepting, accounting and systematization of information from customers
• Maintenance of documentation (Acts of acceptance and transfer, etc.)
• Planning and control of department tasks
• Formation of reports
• Communication with all structural divisions of the company

Expectations from the candidate:

• From 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in maintaining documentation
• A confident user of Microsoft Exel/ Google Sheets, Jira (or similar project management systems)
• Ability to process a large amount of information and learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills
• Resistance to stress and flexibility
• Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for it
• Teamwork (ability to put the team's priorities above one's own and work for a common result)
• Proactivity, initiative
