Doladu is an organization that helps veterans and their families regain psychological balance, find stability and return to an active life through Camp, School and Community programs.
We are looking for a Head of Operations who will take over the management of processes, a team of coordinators and the quality of program implementation - so that every veteran receives a safe, supportive and valuable experience.
Your main tasks
Ensure the clear and smooth operation of all programs (Camp, School, Community).
Plan and coordinate the operational calendar, logistics, resources and teams.
Improve processes, create SOPs, checklists, quality standards.
Manage the team coordinators, interact with psychologists and partners.
Ensure compliance with grant requirements and high-quality operational reporting.
Control the program budget together with the financial manager.
Ensure the psychological and operational safety of participants.
Maintain a high level of participant satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
What we expect from you
Experience in operational management, management of programs, events or educational products
Experience in NGOs or social projects will be an advantage.

Non-commercial program management; none">Grant planning, SOP.

Logistics management of programs, events, educational projects.
Analytics, dashboards, work with data.
