We invite to our team the Head of Online Sales Department (E-commerce/ Eshop) - a leader who will ensure efficient work online store, team development and stable execution of sales plans.
Main duties:
- Organization and team management: setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring results, forming work schedules and systems motivation;
- Control of the quality of customer service and compliance with service standards;
- Planning, control and achievement of department KPIs;
- Analysis and optimization of pricing policy;
- Control of delivery processes and resolution of non-standard situations with orders;
- Interaction with partners and suppliers: control of payments, reconciliations, document flow;
- Cooperation with the marketing department to increase sales;
- Preparation of regular management reports.
Our requirements:
- Full higher education (bachelor / master);
- 3 years of team management experience (call center, contact center or sales department);
- Experience in the field of auto parts or dist
- Understanding the structure of the car and categories of auto parts;
- Basic understanding of KPI in e-commerce;
- Skills for working with technical reference information;
- Proficiency: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, eCat - desirable;
- Knowledge of relevant legislation - preferably;
