Account Manager(Creative/ Design Projects) in Business Tuning Center (BTC)

We are looking for a team Senior Account Manager(Creative/Design Projects) which will (a) manage creative products and scale direction.

What will you do:

• Lead creative projects from the brief to the final implementation
• Coordinate the work of the internal design team and external contractors
• Build and maintain effective communication with clients
• Process incoming tasks and form clear briefs for designers
• Control the quality of creative materials (compliance with the brief and brand book)
• Work with different types of tasks: development of brand identity, creation of Key Visual and adaptations, visual styles for communications and social networks, presentations and creative layouts, printed materials, web materials, motion and video design
• Prepare tender proposals and supporting documentation
• Form estimates and manage project budgets
• Manage document flow and control timeliness payment
• Manage several projects in parallel without losing quality
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients
• Integrate into the company's internal processes and improve them

Our expectations from you:

• Experience in the position of Account Manager / Project Manager in creative or digital agencies, or BTL agencies in a similar direction
• Understanding creative processes (design, branding, communications, production)
• Experience in managing several projects at the same time
• Ability to structure tasks and write clear briefs
• Strong communication skills - both with clients and with teams
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals and tenders
• Understanding of document flow, budgeting and financial control
• Ability to control the quality of a creative product without own production
• Proactivity, responsibility and attention to details
• ExperienceI build long-term relationships with clients
• English language - Upper-Intermediate (B1) level or higher
