Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of an e-commerce development strategy (online store, marketplaces, instashop);
• fulfillment of the operating profit plan online store;
• configuration, optimization of business processes;
• control over the work of the call center and warehouse;
• setting and control of tasks for neighbors;
• SEO promotion;
• configuration of Google advertising;
• development, optimization of the site;
• analysis and control of indicators: conversion, average check, ROI, traffic;
• interaction with other divisions of the Company (sales, purchases, production);

• This is about you:
• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• experience in managing the full sales cycle; 
• ability to manage personnel and form an effective work team;
• ability to set tasks and monitor their implementation; 
• high level of communication and negotiation skills; 
• leadership qualities and team motivation;
