We invite to our team: Head of the direction of money transfers in Ukraine (B2B clients)
Main requirements for the candidate:
- Deep understanding of the money market transfers, payment systems, financial services in Ukraine.
- Experience in the B2B segment (banks, fintech, payment systems, telecom, e-commerce).
- Knowledge of NBU regulatory requirements and legislation in the field of payment services.
- Experience in developing and implementing new financial products/services for B2B clients.
- Skills of project management, strategic and operational
- Experience in negotiating and concluding partnership agreements with B2B clients.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and financial indicators (BI systems, Excel, CRM).
- Skills to work with sales and marketing team for product development.
- Leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop team.
- Strategic thinking, the ability to see the "big picture" and long-term perspectives.
- Orientation on results, proactivity in achieving business goals.
- Ability to quickly make decisions and take responsibility.

Functional responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of money transfers for B2B clients.
- Definition and segmentation of the target audience, analysis of the needs of corporate clients.
- Cooperation with the marketing department for the formation of marketing activities, campaigns and communications.
- Formation of technical and business requests for marketing activities, coordination of advertising materials.
- Participation in creating scripts for working with B2B clients and partner networks.
- development and improvement of product offers in accordance with customer needs and market changes.
- Cooperation with the sales department in engaging and supporting B2B customers.
- Cooperation with product support units to ensure quality service.
- Negotiations and conclusion of partnership agreements with B2B clients and key partners.
- Control and analysis of financial and operational indicators of the department, preparation of reports.
- Searching for new opportunities for business development (partnerships, integrations, technological solutions).
