We are currently looking for a Head of Mechanical Design Department for our client, which is one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

The company has assembled a strong team of engineers, designers and specialists in Hardware, QA, RF, who create products that help the military achieve its goals. In-house production facilities enable rapid implementation of changes and ideas.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with SolidWorks.

Future responsibilities:

• Manage the design department.
• Distribute and prioritize tasks in the team, ensuring their timely completion.
• Participate in technical meetings to solve strategic issues and optimize projects.
• Improve products to the required level of quality and technical characteristics.
• Improve the work of the team, increasing its productivity and efficiency.

Working conditions:

• Vacation - 18 working days per year + 1 day of vacation for a birthday;
