How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• generate ideas and concepts for performance and brand campaigns
• create and scale creative solutions for brand development in all communication channels
• ensure a unified visual style and Tone of Voice in all brand communications
• create visual strategies and concepts for different products
• organize team work and mentor specialists (designers and creative copywriter)
• implement AI practices for more effective work with creative
• interact with stakeholders

Challenges for three months:
• build effective team interaction and create cool creatives
• timely and qualitatively close work tasks within the set deadlines
• change approaches to the development of creative performance concepts and the implementation of 5 concepts

Challenges for six months:
• increase the number of shares of brand creatives in social networks by 15%
in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Figma) at a high level
• ability to understand and use modern trends in design
• ability to work with brandbook, guideline
• team leadership

Of course we will teach, but it is good to have:
• use of AI tools
• working with HTML, JSON will be an advantage

How do you regulate your working hours?
• can you plan your working hours independentlyfic, however, in order to be effective,
we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 to 16:00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness ( with reward retention)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for donating blood

How will you pump your skills in Uklon?
• internal trainings, workshops, hackathons, knowledge sharing, etc.
