Our company — a leading manufacturer of premium dry food for cats and dogs in Ukraine — is looking for a talented, experienced marketer capable of developing and implementing innovative brand development strategies. Main duties:

• Conducting deep analysis of the market and competitive environment.
• Development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies (online and offline).
• Planning, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns using modern tools.
• Building and support of dealer network: loyalty programs, promotions, POS materials.
• Marketing budget management, profitability analysis and adjustments strategies.
• Creation of creative content for social networks, email newsletters, website and other channels.
• Cooperation with cross-functional teams (SMM, design, sales) to coordinate marketing solutions.
• Organization and holding of corporate events, presentations, participation in exhibitions.
• Building relationships with external partners, media and influencers.
• Preparation of regular reports for management on the effectiveness of certain marketing activities.
• Offering solutions that directly increase sales.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing from 2-3 years, especially interested in practical experience with B2B/B2C sales, including a dealer network.
• Strong analytical skills: calculation of key metrics.
• Excellent command of modern marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, content marketing, social networks, PPC).
• Strong analytical ability and skills to work with data to make informed decisions.
• Creativity, proactivity and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
