Zone Responsibilities:
• Strategy.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategy (UA + EU).
• Analysis of the competitive environment.
• Exit to new European markets.
B2B & distribution:
• Building system leads (architects, developers, general contractors).
• Formation of affiliate programs.
• Support for the development of the distribution network.
Digital & Performance:
• Google Ads / Meta Management.
• SEO strategy for the EU.
• CRM and marketing automation implementation.
Finances and performance:
• Marketing budget management.
• ROMI, CAC, LTV.
• Participation in pricing and promotion policy formation.
Command:
• Marketing team management and development.
• Building KPI and reporting system.
• Close synchronization with Sales.
We are looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in the role of Head of Marketing.
• Experience in B2B (manufacturing/construction sector preferred).
• Experience in scaling or international expansion.
• Strong strategic and financial thinking.
• Experience building systems, not just campaigns.
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
