Head of Marketing in ELANxCLab

ELAN professional line –is an international trendsetter brand in the brow and lash industry since 2015, trusted by masters and clients in more than 40 countries of the world. We specialize in the development and production of high-quality professional cosmetics and tools for eyebrow artists, makeup artists and lamimakers. Our products are produced in our own ELAN KIMYA factory in Turkey and meet the highest international quality standards (CPNP, FDA, GCC).

We are looking for a strategic, creative and focused Head of Marketing to lead our team, strengthen the brand's position in the global market and ensure further scaling of business.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the global marketing strategy of the ELAN professional line brand, which meets business goals and promotes international growth.

• Leadership and management of the marketing team: inspiring, mentoring and developing a team of brand managers, digital marketers, SMM managers and PR specialists.

• Brand management: supporting and strengthening the image of ELAN as an innovative and professional brand, a trendsetter in the industry.

• Coordination of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, influence-marketing), PR activities, and presence at international exhibitions/events.

• Working with influencers: developing and implementing effective strategies for beauty bloggers and industry professionals.

• Market and consumer analysis: in-depth study of global beauty trends, competitive environment and professional audience needs to adapt product line and marketing messages.

• Budgeting and analytics: planning, distribution and control of the marketing budget, ensuring highreturn on investment (ROI) in various markets.

• Work closely with R&D department (in-house production) and sales department to coordinate product launches and ensure synergies.

Key requirements:

• Proven successful experience in a managerial position in marketing (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director) from 2 years, preferably in the field of cosmetics, FMCG or related industries.

• Expertise in the beauty industry: Deep understanding of market specifics professional cosmetics, trends and needs of masters (eyebrow artists, lamimakers, make-up artists).

• Strategic vision and global approach: Ability to develop and implement strategies that work on various international markets.

• Strong leadership qualities: Ability to build, motivate and develop a highly effective team.

• Decision making based on data and market research.

• Intermediate B1) is preferred for international communication.
