Head of IT in Agrosem

Agrosem is a leading agricultural distributor and expert in providing farmers with high-quality seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, equipment, innovative technologies and solutions in the field of precision agriculture. The company cooperates with the world's best producers and actively develops modern approaches to agricultural business management.

In the Lviv region, the company has its own logistics terminal, and since 2022 it has been successfully developing the direction of trading, helping farmers to sell their grain products to the markets of importing countries.

We invite a Head of IT to the management team of Agrosem. who will be responsible for the formation and implementation of the company's IT strategy.

Main requirements:

• Experience in IT management positions of 5 years or more (CIO / IT Director / CTO / Head of Infrastructure);

• Experience in managing IT infrastructure in a distributed network (retail, logistics, FMCG, production - will an advantage);

• Practical experience in building and developing hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + private/public cloud);

• Sure knowledge of Microsoft Azure / AWS cloud platforms;

• Mandatory experience with Microsoft 365 (administration, policies, access, licensing);

• Deep understanding of network and server architecture (Windows, Linux, virtualization);

• Experience in building fault-tolerant systems, backup, DRP / BCP;

• Understanding the principles of cyber security, Zero Trust, MFA, access control;

• Experience with corporate systems (ERP, CRM), integrations and data;

• Practical experience with BI / DWH platforms (Oracle, Microsoft) companies;

• Planning and development of technological architecture on a 3-5 year horizon;

• Corporate IT infrastructure management:

  • data centers, servers, networks, virtualization;

  • hybrid and multi-cloud architecture;

  • Microsoft 365, Azure;

• Ensuring stable operation of IT services and compliance with SLA for offices, logistics and business units;

• Development and implementation of information security, risk and incident management policies;

• Building and testing backup, disaster recovery and business continuity plans (DRP / BCP);

• Support and development of corporate systems (ERP, CRM), participation in the transition strategy from 1C / BAS;

• Formation of a unified data architecture, support of BI and analytical services;

• Management of the IT team (infrastructure, networks, service desk, system engineers);

• Building effective interaction between IT and business units;

• Management of contractors, providers, integrators and IT budget.
