Estimator — USA (Remote) in Agenciya Personalnih rishen

We are looking for a specialist to work with the American company Core & Saw LLC - a leading contractor in the field of concrete works and diamond drilling (state of Colorado). This is an opportunity to work in the stable US market while being in Ukraine or anywhere else in the world.

Terms:

• Salary: from $1000 (negotiated based on results interviews).

• Format: 100% remote work (Full-time).

• Schedule: Flexible, but with the possibility to be in contact during the hours of crossing the Colorado time zone (MST).

What you will do:

• Calculation of the scope of work and materials (Takeoff) based on technical plans and drawings.

• Compilation of estimates for construction projects (materials, equipment, labor).

• Analysis of specifications and project documentation according to US standards.

• Communication with American project managers regarding budgets and terms.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience: From 2 years in estimating or engineering design.

• English language: Level Intermediate+ (ability to read fluently technical documentation and conduct business correspondence).

• Education: Higher technical degree (construction, engineering).

• Hard Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.

• Software (will be an advantage): Experience in rapid volume removal programs such as Bluebeam or similar If you have not worked with them - we will teach you (these programs are intuitive for those who know AutoCAD).

• Remuneration: from $1000 for the period of training and VT (the level of income depends on your productivity and volumes of work performed).
