We are actively growing and expanding portfolio, so we are looking for a Head of IT who will ensure the stable operation of IT systems and help scale processes - from team support to CRM development, integrations and analytics.

What will be in your area of responsibility

• Manage the IT direction: plan priorities, form a backlog, meet deadlines and quality of execution.
• Ensure stable operation of key systems (CRM, site/integrations, accounting systems, team services) and promptly resolve incidents.
• Develop CRM and data together with the business: task setting, implementation control, data quality, automation and integration.
• Coordinate contractors/vendors: production of TK, execution control, acceptance of works,budgeting and document flow.
• Configure and improve processes: user support, regulations, access, security, onboarding/offboarding.
• Support BI/analytics: data for dashboards, correctness of collection, integration of sources (in communication with marketing/sales/finance).
• Communicate with teams (marketing, sales, logistics, finance): translate business needs into technical solutions and accompany implementation.
• Lead IT projects: plan, risks, resources, changes - to launch on time and worked stably.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience with CRM/ERP/OMS-systems (experience in retail/distribution will be a plus).
• Understands data and business process logic and able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Able to work with integrations (API will be a big plus).
• Has system thinking, structure and accuracy at work.
• Knows how to explain the complex simply to both the team and contractors.
• Likes order in numbers, statuses and processes.
• Proactive: sees a problem before it freezes the system and offers a solution.
• Shares our approach: consciousness in business and environmentalism, honesty and openness, responsibility and care.
