• Experience in the role of: Operations Manager, Head of IT Support or Product Manager (Internal Tools) - from 3 years, preferably in large companies with a staff of 400+ employees
• Experience in implementing Service Desk systems (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, PeopleForce or similar)
• Experience in automating operational and business processes from the customer side
• Desirable experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n
• Ability to model processes: BPMN and UML
• Desirable experience with Microsoft tools (Azure, Power APPS, Power Automate)
• Experience in writing technical specifications for developers

Main responsibilities:

• Experience in gathering business requirements

• Restructuring of Internal Services (Service Desk, Help Desk)
• Automation of business processes
• Centralization of requests: Simplification of Service Desk work for all internal services (IT, AHC, finance, HR requests).
• Transformation of chaotic chains of approvals (requests for payment, access, vacations, issuing equipment..) into transparent digital workflows.
• Implementation of AI: finding application points AI in the daily work of editorial, marketing and back office
• No-code automation: Setting up integrations between systems to eliminate manual data transfer.
• Infrastructure and support management
• Management of the technical support function (Helpdesk).
• Ensuring the reliability of cloud services and data security.
• Fleet management equipment and licenses.
