Requirements:

• Management experience in the organization of personnel records of large production organizations (with more than 500 employees)
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Constitution of Ukraine, legislative and regulatory legal acts in the field of labor on issues of military accounting
• Knowledge of 1C 8.2/8.3
• Availability of experience in the development of local normative legal acts
• Availability of experience in keeping military accounting and reservation;
• High communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Responsibility, organization, stress resistance

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination and control of the personnel department
• Maintenance of primary accounting documentation, accounting of employees of the enterprise, its divisions; accounting of conscripts and conscripts working at the enterprise;

• Regulation of hiring, transfer, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation;
• Drafting vacation schedule, control of vacation to employees;
• Keeping records of work books;
• Preparation of established reports.
