Head of HR in The Capital, AN

T.H.E. Capital, a premium real estate agency, is looking for a specialist for the position of Head of HR. Our team is a young and energetic team that knows what a "teammate" atmosphere and "work-life balance" are.

What will you do:

• Support and control the implementation of various HR processes;
• Implement the business process of the full life cycle of an employee in the company;
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies aimed at optimizing turnover and staff retention;

• Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing the satisfaction and mental comfort of staff;
• Conduct surveys and collect feedback for further analysis and improvement of working conditions;
• Participate in the development and organization of corporate events.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have successful experience in the HR field from 2 years;
• You have experience in personnel management, including evaluating the effectiveness, productivity, training and development of employees. As well as conflict management and problems at the workplace;
• You have successful experience in creating and implementing HR projects;
• You are able to work with stressful situations and perform tasks under limited time conditions;
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Active, communicative, stress-resistant and able to multitask.
